Notify Supervisors of parts and inventory needsįollow lawful direction from Upper Management Work daily with personal hand tools and company owned power toolsĬomplete work orders as assigned through computer-based program in a timely mannerĮffectively communicate details of work orders and follow up through to completion
Maintenance and repair of refrigeration and ice machines Perform routine and preventive maintenance property wide Repairing air handlers, VAV box, calibrating thermostats HVAC – heating, vent, and air conditioning maintenance and repair Must have knowledge and experience in trouble shooting and repair in the following area: Equipment, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration, and Kitchen Exhaust System. Perform routine and preventive maintenance property wide and have working knowledge of HVAC systems.
